- 1. The customer agrees that upon successful OTP validation of the Aadhaar, the name of the customer in the account will be the same name as appearing on his/her Aadhaar Card.
- 2. This application is available for opening a current account by Resident Indian Individuals only.
- 3. The customer should complete the entire journey within 72 hours from the first step (Aadhar based OTP verification)
- 4. The journey is considered complete only after the initial funding amount has been deposited (₹15,000 for metropolitan & urban areas and ₹7,500 for semi-urban and rural areas)
- 5. The monthly service charges* are - ₹50 per month for individual accounts & ₹100 per month for Liberty Current Account (Sole Proprietorship)
- 6. The customer confirms to have read, understood, and will be bound to/ abide by the Terms and Conditions of account opening and the general terms applicable to the account.
- 7. The entire account opening process should be completed in one go.

Tracking will be based on the customer's mobile number, please ensure the customer enters the same number on the lead creation page and while logging in on the Chqbook App.
- 1. The customer's phone number should be linked with their Aadhaar Card & the customer should have a valid PAN card.
- 2. Applicable only for new users. Customers should not have an existing relationship with Chqbook.
- 3. The customer’s age should be 18 years and above.
- 4. The entire account opening process should be completed in one go.
